Kindergarten Transition

Our Kindergarten Transition Program, ‘Almost at Abermain’, is designed to create a seamless and positive start for children and their families. We work closely with local preschools and families to ensure every child feels supported and confident as they begin their school journey. Through engaging activities, opportunities to build social skills, and fostering familiarity with the school environment, we focus on making this transition fun and exciting. Together, we lay the foundation for a successful and joyful start to lifelong learning.
